Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Effective Date: 1st May 2025

All sales are final. We only accept returns for items that were damaged during transit or if an incorrect product was shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of the delivery date. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Once we receive your request, we will promptly review the information and arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not available (e.g., limited edition items or collections), a full refund of the retail price will be issued.
