Processing and Delivery Times

Orders typically require 7–10 business days for processing and shipping outside of Jamaica . During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Please note that external factors such as holidays, severe weather, or global events (e.g., COVID-19) may also impact delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.
