DIRECTIONS:

Mix 1 part to 2 parts apple cider vinegar from the mother  and/ or water. Do not use metal bowl or utensils. Add more liquid or clay as needed. Mix until smooth. Apply to hair or face and other desire areas. For normal/oily skin, let sit 5-10 minutes for sensitive skin 5-10 minutes.
WARNING-tightening sensation is expected. Rinse with warm water. Smooth mask in section onto damp/wet hair distributing evenly. Let sit for 30-45 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Bath:add 2 cups of clay in bath to absorb.
